Gold Cards required for winter sports tryout

Is your student planning on participating in Winter Sports?  If so, please remember that they need to have a “Gold Card” to tryout.  In order for athletes to receive their Gold Card, they must do the following: 1) Turn in a completed Athletic Physical Form (dated AFTER 4/15/18)  to the Athletic Office; 2) Parents must complete the Athlete Online Registration
