Jordan Patty threw a perfect game on Thursday to lead Midland (22-4, 12-3)past Carman-Ainsworth 12-0.
Martin Money led Midland to victory by driving in four runs. He went 3-for-3 at the plate. Money drove in runs on a double in the first, a triple in the second, and a single in the third.
Midland took an early lead in the first inning.

Midland scored four runs in the fifth inning. Midland’s big inning was driven by a double by Greg Landis, a single by Garrett Willis, a wild pitch , and a double by Matt Elliott.
Jordan Patty (6-2) earned the win for Midland. He went five innings, surrendering zero runs, zero hits, striking out ten, and walking zero. Buchanon took the loss for Carman-Ainsworth. He pitched four and a third innings, allowing 11 runs, 16 hits, and striking out one.
Midland had 17 hits in the game. Money, Landis, Chance Freed, Patty, Zach Servinski, and Willis each collected multiple hits for Midland. Landis and Money. Midland didn’t commit a single error in the field. Sam Vokal had the most chances in the field with seven.
